Return to Body & Heart: Cacao Ceremony
Join us at the Brooklyn Apothecary on Thursday July 23rd at 7pm for a 90-minute cacao ceremony designed to bring you out of your head and back into your body — to feel connected to yourself and others, at ease, and present with life.
This is a guided sensory experience weaving ceremonial cacao, breath, gentle movement, scent, sound, touch, taste, and visualization — supporting nervous system regulation, heart connection, and embodied presence.

- disconnected from your body and caught in overthinking
- like you are always "on" and rarely have space to simply be
- tired of overthinking and craving a deeper sense of ease
- curious about cacao as a heart-opening, somatic ritual
- ready to feel more connected to yourself, your body, and the people around you
Ready to be more present, and feel alive again?
What's included:
- Ceremonial cacao elixir by Soul & Spirit, featuring Soul — an air-roasted cacao with gentle, feminine energy
- House blend herbal tea
- A sensory immersion through essential oils, sound, breath, touch, taste, and guided visualization
- Gentle somatic movement and nervous system regulation
- Heart-centered connection practices
- 15% off Anima Mundi products to shop in store
